At Fermentation Solutions we have tried to make a difference in the way customers
are treated. We make customer service priority #1. During normal store
hours an experienced person will always answer the phone, not an "automated
transfer system" or "voice mail". Time permitting, we will provide technical support
over the phone and at the store.
We do not have a catalog but we will gladly describe our products and quote prices
over the phone.
We have had customers visit us from many countries and across the U.S. The experience
we have gained working with our customers over many years is invaluable when making
recommendations. We believe in spending the appropriate time necessary to
get customers started correctly. We strive to provide the highest quality products
at competitive prices. Prices are clearly marked on products and best of all
when you visit our store you can see what you're getting, compare quality, prices
and ask questions about the products. We value you as a customer and strive
