    Quick Test Method for Wine.

    Test for Malic Acid, Lactic Acid, Residual Sugar, Titratable Acidity, pH.
    Malic and lactic test is faster and easier then conventional methods. Ideal if monitoring MLF. The residual sugar test determines the completeness of  fermentation.  The TA test is easy to determine with red wine.   The pH test is easier to use and less expensive then a pH meter. pH range is 3.0 to 4.0
