Variable Capacity Fermentation
Tanks
Variable capacity stainless steel fermentation tanks are very popular
with small wineries and home winemakers. They are
labor saving and offer flexibility at an affordable price.
Quality
makes the difference:
Our
tanks are stamped with a AISI rating. This certifies it is a
high quality tank, not one of the thinner gauge tanks with lower grade
stainless. These tanks also have smooth stainless steel surfaces inside
and out, not press fitted bottoms with difficult to clean
seams. The tanks are designed for a precise fit on the floating
lid, not an add-on lid with a hard to install seal. All of
the tanks have a wine industry standard Tri-clamp 1-½"
fitting
at the bottom. Tri-clamp fittings are easy to use and clean.

pneumatic lid with airlock, hand air pump - gauge and
inflatable seal.

lid makes adjusting capacity easy to provide minimum head

bottom tank with a Tri-clamp 1-½" fitting at the bottom.
